The hot cotton cycle on the front LG washer WM2240CW model is cold. I had a service person look at it, they said it is working the way it is suppose to. LG knows it is a design flaw and instead of fixing it claims that my water heater is not handling it properly. They will not pay the service person even though it is under warranty.
