Purchased introductory product. Received and immediately went online about 4 days later to cancel, but information said I had to call. I did so and cancelled any future shipments and received verification of cancellation. Then received another shipment. Called company and was told that my cancellation was not recorded so I must pay the bill. Asked for supervisor and told there was none. What a bunch of crap - same as the product! Beware! Don't buy!
