We are going on two years of enjoying our pool from Blue World Pool now. I have to say that at first we were worried about using this company because of some of the bad reviews but for us that was not the case. We did do our homework before purchasing and made sure to read all the fine print! The staff was helpful and courteous to us but they could work on answering the phone better. Once on the phone they were quick to answer any questions and solve any problems. All in all we are very pleased and enjoying our low maintenance pool with our kids!
