$10 service charge per month to tether device with internet! Already paid $65 for upgraded unlimited internet! Now, to use it with my device's I need to pay hidden fee for service to operate longer than one minute and to download photos! Discovered this upon accessing internet on device! Customers need to realize even at the only corporate store located in San Diego most will experience questionable customer service and LONG waits in line. We were over-charged for the device we purchased by $40 and didn't realize until checking the receipt outside the store.
