Outdoor solar lights don't work second time around - Smith and Hawkens

I purchased solar lights by Smith and Hawkens and both times the lights or one of the lights did not work. I went back and purchased new rechargable batteries and even then they would not work. So, with all of the time I spent on buying and returning and needing to return again all I can say is BIG DISAPPOINTMENT with this product line. I am not impressed and I thought Smith and Hawkens made quality, reliable products.
