I signed up for a "Rocket Hub" from Rogers and was told that it would solve all of my cellular lost calls and internet problems. As I was opening a small business it sounded ideal. I was told that my current cell # would be changed over to Rogers and all would be well. So I went ahead full steam advertising my new number in several papers, print ads, postcards and business card, letterhead, etc.
The grand opening of my business was yesterday. A day or two prior, a telephone client noted that the business number I gave her differed from the one on her call display, even tho my name was there. I called Rogers and they assured me they would take care of the incredibly strange facts, and that they would call me back.
No call back, but I next received a bill in the mail for a telephone number I had been told by my telephone client was showing on her maching under my name. So I called them myself, and was treated so rudely and was bullied by a manager representative who yelled at me and tried to intimidate me.
Save you money. Go elsewhere. The fact that I had never been given the number made no difference to the rep I talked to on the phone who was only interested in trying to be intimidating. Getting rogers anything is a mistake.
