They used an electronic check to withdrawal funds out of my account on 7/11 using someone elses name and that person is not even on my account. When I called 866-765-5097 they said they would refund my account within 10-15 business days and today is 8/4 and the money is not in my account. I called them to check status and they said I didn't call them until 7/31 so they didn't even submit my credit for 20 days. They are located at 2780 South Jones Blvd STE 3765 in Las Vages NV... Go figure. They gave me a name of Loan Assistance, but seen other complaints as Palm Loan Advances with the same address so I guess they are using different names as well. I don't know how companies get away with this, but this company should not even be allowed to be in business. Please take their business license away they are ripping people off!!!
