This is a scam attempting to impersonate Ticketmaster but failing pathetically when they emailed me (about a job opportunity) I replied innocently back to get this reply:

- Clearly Jane Skender is a fictional character, and if not, I would take this scam further.
The email contained a fake job description and also a bogus application form asking for all kinds of personal information.
