My son saved his money to get the controller. We were advised by email (can't get anyone on the phone) to send his own controller priority mail to their company. So we did. Waited over a month and heard nothing. Still can't get anyone on the phone so emailed a request for information. They respond stating they have been relocating so they were behind plus "pieces" for his controller had been on backorder but now have them and is being worked on that day, would be shipped out tomorrow (3/14).. Waited another 20 or so days and emailed them AGAIN. No response. Waited another 20 days emailed them again advising i was going to report them to the BBB if this is not resolved. Still nothing so reported them. They stole my sons own controller as well as his saved money. Horrible horrible place.
