Frank Health Insurance agent told the private hospital administrator that there is a waiting period for me to claim hospital administration charge and told me that "Frank Basic Hospital Lots Extras 80% Benefits NSW", I bought, does not have private hospital cover.

We have been seriously misleading by this losey company.
