Ordered shoes 7/16. Paid by PayPal (I will be filing a complaint with them.) I paid an extra $5.00 for "BestWay" shipping. Now 16 days, no shoes. I've sent 5 emails requesting an update on my order with no response. No phone number available on website, although they give the hours for phone support!
