I paid through paypal, so I didn't check online to see if there were complaints. The exact same thing happened to me - I purchased shoes, never received shoes (after 10 days), tried to contact Anne-shoes via phone, could not find phone number, got suspicious and looked online... Found my way here. I immediately filed a complaint through paypal - seems like I will be able to get reimbursed, but beware, the seller has all sorts of delay tactics up his/her sleeve to hopefully prevent you from filing a complaint within the paypal time frame.
