I made a purchase with this company and was told that with little time invested I would be able to make good money and earn back my investment. After two weeks of trying the software, I decided it was not working for me. It was not exactly as it was explained on the phone and I believed I was intentionally mislead. I tried to call to speak with someone about getting a refund and when I spoke with someone, he only tried to sell more services to me then the call was disconnected. After weeks of phone-tag I was finally able to reach someone and it was then that they explained to me there was no way to get a refund. I was never told that there was a "no refund" refund policy until that time. They were not very friendly to me when I was requesting a refund and then I decided to file a dispute with my credit card company. They were unable to help me because Meridian replied that I was told of the refund policy and that I did use the software for two weeks. I then filed a complaint with BBB online and did not get a response.
