I don't know how they got my banking information. These people took my money which I did not authorize them to do. I was not expecting it and my account was overdrawn. I called and told them that I do not want a membership and they cancelled but there are certain procedures, I have to go through to get my money back. And that's only if I am eligilbe for a refund.
