For three year i have been trying to get my money from over there. We paid this bank to put 8.6 million on a card i have the card and they refuse to put the money on the card. Know they want the card back. This bank is in cotonou benin republic. We just paid them 13000 with in the last 3 weeks and know they wont finish this so we can get this over.
