I placed the order on June 11th. I received the item"watch"on June 23 rd 2012. I kept it for four days to check if it works-but it stopped working 13 times in four days. That is why I sent it back on June 28 th 2012 after having it for four days. The idealwatches promise to send You the refund -no questions asked up to 7 days of receiving the item. They do not reply to My e-mails or phone calls. I checked with 411 phone info. They told me that the number is not releted to any person or bussiness.
