I purchased the Dead Sea Beauty Kit online, and received a confirmation e-mail on 06 June that the item had been shipped.
I got the product on wednesday, 13 June which is 11 days ago, and they took money from my account on 22 June. Now, by my reckoning, unless i can't count, that is 10 days, however the site officially says you have 14 days to try it and if you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product, and i assume, which it DOESN'T state, that you can have a full refund, including, i assume, the £3.95 P&P charge.
Where do I now stand, as I don't want the product, and I have no idea where to send it back to, as the product was shipped from the Netherlands, and there appears to be no return address!
