Unrecognized Charge Caused NSF Fee, Bank Is Tyndall Federal

I went to my bank page and saw that I have been charged for something I never purchased. I have been charged an NSF fee and money I do not have. What is going on here? I want this taken care of immediately.

The charges came from www.fb.me/cc through Tyndall Federal Credit Union. Fix it.
