My husban leo and i did bussiness with denny taylor for some back tax issues i recived a letter from the irs saying they were going to freze my accounts so iwent to his office i was by myself leo was either in diaysis hospital home ill but not with me denny said inless i could pay on the bill he couldt help me unless i was to sigh a docment on my life insurance stating i would pay what was owed at that time of my death to taylor reese ass i told him i had no money and no options at this time so i sighed it but when my husban leo died this year inmarch i found he had also sighed a doucment also i still am not sure how this was done because leo never came into the office it had to be put in with other documents we sighned for the irs i knew leo was not in a possistion for a long life i was told this i would of not of had him sigh it had i knew that what he was sighing denny never once told leo or i about this only that i thought i sighed off on mine which is alot more than leos so know that he died he wannt paid for the bill plus intress i called to see if he would just let me pay the principal many times andset the rest up on my life insurance again refussed i had a lawyer write to him and call to let him know of the finachel burden it put me in but still the answer was no i feel since leo or i was aware of this contrat till his death i should be able to appeal this dession on me sighing under duress i can get all evidience you need as to leo and my state from the uih hospitalsas we were ther almost every week or more if leo was a patient there i would like for you as a board who over sees cpas to please take a look over this cass the worst is i would have to pay the funneal home and denny the limet of the policy of 20.000 as at this time i owe td&t 14805.03 i hope to hear back from you in a timely mannor as of wed 8-1-12 i will release my husbans collateral assiment on this policy the stress is just too much to keep carring around i thank you for your time that you may or maynot spend on this but at least i feel i tryed to mike this right on my part Mrs Hollenbeck
