My daughter was using her laptop to watch the series "Falling Skies." While veiwing this series she was interupted by a notice on her screen indicating that she was in violation of Copyright and Related Laws and illegally using or distrubuting copyrighted content, etc. Her computer is now locked; we are being video recorded and also being asked to pay a fine of $200.00. What is going on?
