I have had a very unpleasant experience with Harveys the furniture Store that has convinced me never to do Business with them again, and I would urge others not to do so. I purchased a Sofa from Harveys in November and Did not receive it until June. Throughout the whole period I recived woeful service, Lies, Rudeness, upset and Misery. When the sofa did finally turn up (Late I hasten to Add) the Delivery Men caused damage to my Property. I have complained to Harveys and they have offered me £60 compensation, which doesn’t even cover the cost of my many Telephone calls to them. I will never contemplate purchasing anything from them again and will urge everybody I come into contact not to. They sell very average goods and Top Dollar prices and provide the most Diabolical service I have ever experienced. Avoid at all costs!
