Newport News Fashion went threw a bankrupcy during the time I returned several items. I did'nt get any information sent to my home address stating they recieced any of the items during this mo listed.
As a matter of fact I couldn't get my calls answered for a very long, long time. This year 2012 finally I got to speak with someone and was told of the bankruptcy was also told of the procedure to do to get my bill reduced I thought instead the bill kept getting higher and higher until I raised all you know what it really did'nt help to do that at the time.
When the air cleared of the bankruptcy they only said I was due 40.00 and I could use that towards another purchase I just wanted my account closed and cleared.
Still working on that.
