I ordered the Magic Mesh Screen Door online instead of buying it at Walmart because it said "buy one get one free for $14.95".
The express shipping was $7.95 and it said 2-3 days. I received a confirmation the next day and it said I would receive a tracking number when it shipped. One week later I still had not received it. When I went back to the confirmation email I saw a receipt for $31.50. I sent a response email to the company asking them to cancel my order because that was not the price I had agreed to pay and I was not happy I had paid for express shipping and still did not have my item.
I never got a response and finally my item came 3 days later.
We put it up and right away I realized the magnets were horribly cheap. The third time we went through the door the top ripped off the velcro that is used to hold it to the top of the door. I didn't even bother to hang the second one. Very dissapointed.
