I too wish to return this product but have not been able to get my call through to them. As soon as you dial the number, it drops off, and so far I cannot come up with a return address or a return policy. The TV advertisement with a news anchor women stated a money back guarantee. How can the product be returned, when no address or contact info is available. Looks like several others have been scammed also.
