I was solicited via my friends email. Later I discovered his address book had been hacked into and these advertisements were illegally and unethically sent from him (supposedly) to his friends... Although he actually didn't know anything about it. Secondly, it was advertised with a money-back guarantee. I bought two bottles and used the product very carefully as instructed. I eat a healthier diet than most and I exercise, but I did not lose one single pound. So I wanted to return the product quickly do that I could still be guaranteed a refund. I could not locate any address or phone number for this company. Eventually, online I discovered two phone numbers were posted for this company for those wishing to place orders. I called and someone answered. Hey told me the return policy alkowed a refund for the unused bottle but not for the ineffective bottle that was used. I stated that this is a return policy NOT a money-back guarantee. I was told an email would be sent to me within 48 hrs including an address to which I can send the product for a refund.
