Me and my spouse sought their services in finding a new residence. We have lost our home of 28 years to forecosure. We had to pay a rental fee of $59. This took place on 5/29. Problems began immediately. First, they experienced difficulty in processing our Debit card (the assistant was unable to use the scanner correctly). We had to wait until the manager was available to correct the problem. This was confirmed as corrected on June 5. After trying to keep in contact with them, we would either get no answer, or the phone would ring and go to fax mode. When we did reach someone, we were told they had nothing to report. We found a place on our own and requested a refund on June 27. As of today, they have not returned it and want to blame us for not staying in touch with them.
