Fast Again PC Booster and Activeris Anti-Malware

I was at my computer and this red warning sign popped up and huge message that I was being Cleaned by Fast Again PC Booster never heard of them. So not sure where they came from or how they got in my PC but they have embedded themselves in my hard drive, can't get them out. Called Bank found 2 charges totaling, with over drafts 148.00 but company name at bank is Safe Cart.com who and what are these people. Called Phone no# 2 x and on hold 1hr never a response. Help
