Having ordered, as advertised samples of Alluria and purasilk for the cost of postage ie., £3.49 each I received, what appeared to be bigger samples with just a leaflet telling you about the product. I now find my credit card has been charged £149.95 and the telephone numbers listed are unobtainable. Eventually I had to call a number in the USA only to speak to quite a high handed american lady who informed there was nothing she could do as I hadn't cancelled. Cancelled WHAT they were advertising samples for the cost of £3.49 ea postage. I have asked for the name of their CEO to complain, needless to say to no avail. An absolute SCAM which needs to be investigated.
