Please pass this on to the appropriate Burger King Office or Owner Operator: First I must say that the Survey Offer must be re-written as it is not offeredas promised: SECONDLY: Your new manager or team leader (not my server) at BK 17727 (Sun 7/29 in the AM shortly before Noon) is trying too hard. Before I was finished with my early lunch, he came over to remove and dump my tray. I asked him not to remove my tray as I was not finished. He insisted I was finished and I responded that I may have money still on the tray. I was not ready to dump my tray and I was quite capable of disposing of the trash as I always do. He insisted and forcibly tried to take my tray while I still had a half filled beverage on the tray. I brought to his attention that he was about to spill my beverage. He still insisted I was finished with my tray, removed the beverage from the tray and got a serious grip on the tray and started to rip the tray from my grip. All this time I told him I was not finished with the tray, that I would dump the tray in the trash receptacle when I was finished. He continued to insist I was finished with the tray. Not only was he annoying, but acted as though I was an idiot. He had no way of knowing what was concealed beneath the dirty napkins, or the soiled wrappers on my tray. Actually, I wanted to retrieve my receipt in order to take advantage of your online survey. I suggested that it could be money such as a $100 bill. Although he obviously did not have x-ray vision, he insisted I did not have money on the tray and again started to get my tray from me. I finally had to very loudly shout, L E T G O! At which time he finally let go and had a serious new look on his face. I then politely responded in a calm and soft voice, “Thank you.” I don’t believe this man is ready to join the management team. He created a very uncomfortable situation for me and I believe to at least two other customers for other reasons while I was there. He just doesn’t know the difference between what customers accept as “Kidding” and/or “annoying.” I don’t think he realizes the difference himself. I don’t know if I will be comfortable returning to that BK.
