I signed up for the plan at an advertised price of $2.97 on July 21. Nothing was said about having to cancel it within 24 hours or I would be charged the $59.81, in fact nothing was said about further charges at all. I called them on July 24th at 1 866 978 3071 after seeing the additional charge on my MC, and asked to reverse the charge and they said yes they would, but I would have to wait for their email to confirm.in the meantime I contacted Mastercard also on July 24 and they told me to wait for the email and if the charge was not reversed, to call them back at their fraud department. On July 28 I called the company again and asked for the email that they said the would send as it hadn't arrived. They said they had sent it twice and it must be a problem with my server, and they refused to send it again. So I then typed up an email to them (I had to ask for their email address) and asked them to answer my email in order to get the correct address for me. They did, and it was in this email that I learned that I only had 24 hours to cancel after the initial small charge, as I HAD called to cancel within 24 hours of the $59.81 charge, but that didn't count. Now I will get back to Mastercard Fraud Department and see if they can help me. I have been scammed!
