I found a wheelchair van on craigslist in Tampa Fl. (I am in Evans Ga.) I replied to the craigslist issued email address for more info. The seller replied that the van was still for sale and that he was away from home to help with his daughters wedding but he used Online Trust Pay services to handle the sale. I checked them out (website, online reviews) all looked legit. I signed up on the website and wired money to their acct in the UK. Now the don't return emails and after many hours at the computer I find that they don't exist. Any advise would greatly be welcomed.
