Was told I won $2,536, 092.23 in a letter all seeming to be very official, they wanted me to answer a few questions and to submit $20.00 and my payment would be sent by bonded federal carrier. The news many years ago said if you have to pay you didn't win and it was a scam, I did not send any money.
