I never authorized this transaction... I was told it was for a quick over the phone loan. They took my information saying I had been approved. Then said I would have to call about my membership. I kept telling them I DO NOT WANT A MEMBERSHIP. I told them at least 5 times. But they put it through anyway. When I found the charges, I filled out their paperwork. I never recieved any emails or phone calls. I called on 7/24 and was todl that an email was sent on 6/18 to confirm that I was eligible for a full refund (which never came) and that they would put an internal request for the refund to be made. I called back 2 days later and was told the same crap by a different rep. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said they were all busy. But she would leave a msg for one of them to call me. Never got a call. I hope they find these people and rip out their ears... Almost 1.5 billion and no one can stop these people... There are people in jail for alot less!
