My husband & I ordered a dinette set with a matching hutch from this company in January of this year. The guaranteed delivery before Easter of this year. We recieve the dinette set minus 2 chairs in June. Two days ago we finally recieved the hutch & missing chairs. The chairs did not match the rest of the dinette set. They were made different. The hutch came poorly constructed, a maind support board cracked, a shelf cracked, scuffs & knicks, plus to holes in it where a forklift had been pushed through it. We repeatedly e-mailed them throughtout this whole time. We submitted all e-mails to our lawyer. They finally contacted us saying it was the shipping companies fault but they would re-imburse us the whole amount of the hutch & tried to say that due to climatic changes thats why the wood cracked & the joints don't meet. I took pictures of all the damages & in some parts of the hutch rotted wood was used & stained.in some parts, there is an extra piece of wood "filled in" after the fact. You can clearly see nails where they missed with the nail gun. Do not buy from this company. You will be greatly dissappointed. I have pictures of all the damages I can submit. The hutch was very poorly constructed & I am afraid they are going to make me pay for shipping to get it back. It is unsellable. The glass has glue marks, it wobbles when you open the doors, & stain marks on it. The hardware is loose. It is garbage.
