Received a call in late June from the fraud dept of Visa regarding a Winning Bay charge of $54 /- to my credit card. Cancelled the payment and card... Was issued a new card. Another call on 7/19 with same charge on new card. Cancelled the payment and card... Issued a new card again. Hopefully this will stop charges. Time for someone (reg agency) to deal with this firm!
