I send for a trial of cream that you where supposed to pay just £3.49 postage, they took this out of my bank then a futher £94.99 without my authority, can you help me to get my money back please. I have contacted the bank, also can you help to stop them advertising on facebook? Or at least make thier advert more clear? We couldnt afford this and i would never have sent for it if i thought i would be futher charged
