My neighbours tree fell on my hydro wires out back of our homes. Obviously it damaged phone lines also. Now, i have no hydro nor do i have a phone. All this happened while my husband and i were at work. We did absolutly nothing to cause this. Rogers, after being on the phone for literally, 45 minutes, they can do nothing, until, are u ready, friday, july 27th, funny how they can be there right away when you want to purchase a service, but they threaten you will charges if it is not their fault. Well, excuse me, my home phone is with them, who else can fix it??? Certainly not hydro, they won't even fix their own lines, but that another complaint. Also, it took me all day to get this site. Not a simple task. Rogers may be rich, but they are rude, late, nasty and can't even take care of good paying customers. Who is left that will treat consumers well after they get their money.? How ignorant are businesses getting?
