My co-worker received a call from a Dan Wilson calling on behalf of the Department of Legal Affairs and Investigation. He informed her that i needed to call him back immediately in regards to a case against my name and social security number and the number i needed to call back was 760-440-5421. She asked him what city he was calling from because of his heavy accent, he stated he was calling from San Francisco, California. Now he stressed to her it was important that I call back and told her again it was regarding a Legal case against me, she informed him to be cautious about what he was stating because our calls are recorded and the conversation is being recorded at that time. He told her ok, and still told her to have me call him regarding this Legal case at the 760 number. This is clearly a violation of the FDCPA rules and regulations and i am going to file a compalint against them with the FDCPA and i suggest everyone else do the same.
