Same as others persons attempting to be scammed - someone calls "Richard Ross" from Online Public Yellow Pages calls & says we are 120 past due on a bill. I ask to see a contract & he said anything under $700 was legally binding & offered to play a conversation for me. They had called our receptionist & asked a series of questions recording her response, name, spell last name, phone number, verify address etc. Trick people into answering a series of questions. It is difficult to hear the questions & one question I heard our employee answer "no" but could not hear the question (she told me they asked if she was a manager or authorized to make a decision & had told them no") when I told Richard this, he said "oh I knew you wouldn't be able to hear this because I was moving my mouse, do you want me to play it again?" Total scam! He said he is in their pre-legal department & does not want to send it to collection. I called them out it was a scam & he wouldn't stop talking so I hung up on him. He then proceeded to attempt to call back about 6 times in the next couple minutes. It's very obvious that the recording could have been / had been edited.
