My wife signed up for a free trial. She called 2 days after receiving the trial, cancelled it as she realised they were just vitamins, was assured that it was cancelled. We have just discovered that they have taken £69.95 every month for the last 7 months from our credit card, they slightly change the entry each month, such as "bio uk" "totalgivitamins" "8775039866total gi" etc. No products have been received since the trial, but they deny she ever cancelled and say the post office must have lost them!
