Dear Sir/Madame,
I am writing to make an official complaint about the products you have sold misleadingly on the internet for £5.99 and ended up charging me £53.98 for on two occasions. I ordered two trial packs as they were on special offer one with my credit card and one with my debit card. My daughter also wanted to try this so I ordered the second pack for her, hence two packs ordered.
The amounts were taken from my debit and credit account and were two times £53.98
I am genuinely disappointed that you miss lead your customers in such a serious manner but hope that this has just been a serious oversight and mistake on your part. I ordered my products within a months and request that you refund my money as a matter of urgency. Otherwise I report this matter as fraud. To put further insult to injury I have just has a delivery 10 cartridges which I have never ordered in the first place. I read on the internet that other people have also be conned out of money.
I anticipate an urgent response.
