This company offers a 14 day trial when you can return the product. However, you have to return the product unused! I had a problem with receipt of product as well and the response I got was appalling, rude and intimidating. Then I had to return the product to Israel! I await my refund with some doubt. This company seems to be just tricking people and then hooking them into a replenishment programme. This can be cancelled on your account with them but is not easy to do. I wouldn't go near them again I don't even think they are in the beauty business as such it seems to be a ploy to make money out of people and be warned, they have sown it up well legally. My advice - avoid at all cost.
