I was fraudulently charged $14.95 on two different credit cards at the end of July. These showed up on my August statements. I immediatly called to the dispute the charges and followed up with letters to the credit card companies. I tried to call the number listed for Kurtz only to get a voice mail and I left a message. No respnonse so far.
The charges are currently under dispute and have not been reversed yet.
I have used credit cards on the internet for many years and this is the first time anything like this has happened. I think the situation is only going to get worse as more and more of these criminals are going to try this.
