Cindy trying to evict me for no paying my rent when she refused it

Went to pay my rent it was late i had the late fees for july the office was closed before 5 went back on monday and they refused it went up on tuesday and cindy said she wasnt taking it an filing eviction i am single a mother of 4 young children i get paid every 2 weeks i always pay every month this just isnt right please help me
