On May 22, I returned my firearm to Chiappa Firearms for repair. A week later I contacted them, and was told it could not be rapaired and that I was slated to receive a new gun. So far nothing. I have sent several e-mails, and was told "I have no idea when it will come in". Most of the time they won't answer the phone, or reply to emails. I offered them a deal, send me a check to cover the cost, and I can go to a local dealer who has them in stock to buy one. This company has no regard for its customers. Sure hope you can help.
