Hi, I am in the same boat as many people. I have an account with STP, and I used it to transfer funds and withdraw money amounts to my credit card once as a test run. After that, I have been unable to withdraw any of my money. Not only that, but I'm unable to change any of my information. My birthday is apparently incorrect, my secondary password doesn't work, I've attempted to change my email address but you cannot do anything without your secondary password, and regardless of the numerous times I've attempted to send a ticket or contact them, no one has responded!
I even tried the phone numbers, but they don't lead anywhere. This company doesn't seem to actually exist, and I'm afraid that my money has just been taken.: (
