I was contacted by Vincent Napper with FII Capital Partners.
I followed their program exactly. I returned every document as requested. Then they want bonding. THEY never disclose that in their documents that you sign. After 3-4 months of emails, and trying to get someone to answer questions, and they do NOT respond, they blamed me for not doing my part. The contract reads one year to fulfill their obligation and they have not. They referred me to Talitha Nappere to assist. Who never returns calls or emails. Claims she is just to busy to help me.
I requested a refund, but they will not.
Vincent is a smooth talker. He promises the world and will tell you that he can fund in 45 days or less. He is a liar. He cannot and has not. He and FII Capital Partners are financial crooks. I have kept every document and correspondence with the company. Some of it is really laughable as they try to portray a professional company. I have kept all contracts and proof of our agreement. They have broken that contract. Not at any place in the document does it state that you need to bond.
I am submitting a claim to the FBI internet financial division. It appears I am not the only one taken by this guy.
Do not listen to him, he will lie to get your money. Then you will never ever get what he promises
