Below is the list of Transportation Specialist's duties:

As you can see, our company works as intermediary
between customers and sellers on almost all big online auctions.
Purchased goods will be going through you. Because for seller from US
auction or any US shop much easier to send item to US address then to outside the US.
And then you will forward the item to the buyer, following my
instructions. You do not need to contact any buyer or seller.

Important notice:

You have to forward the item during the next 1-2 business days after
it has been delivered to your.

Please take a note: Package sent to you may be not on your name.

Filled and Signed agreement please mail me back.

Also please send your ID (scanned drivers’ license or passport) in the attachment.

It is required to verify your personality; it's will be added to our database.
Without it we can't start our cooperation.

Once this information is provided it will takes 5-10 days for you to receive
the first package.

As soon as the information about each purchase becomes available, I will
e-mail it to you in detail, including:

- tracking number
- web site where to track it
- customer's information
- item's name

You will be receiving step by step guidance and support for the first month of employment.
You can always email us any question you may have once you will begin working with us.

Once again: below you can see a brief description of your future duties.

1. Via Email you will be receiving my prior notifications about incoming packages. Notification contains information including which shipping company used for delivery, web link with the tracking status and name of the customer.

2. You need to confirm receipt of every notification, let me know that
you got it and ready to receive the package.
(just answer on my email with words: acknowledged).

3. You need to notify me every time you receive the packages.
(just answer on my first email with words: package received)

4. After receiving your confirmation I will send you
prepaid shipping label with instruction how to use it and proceed the package.

5. When shipping label is printed and affixed on the package you need to
drop it at the nearest Post Office. When the package is dropped off, Email
me back with words - package sent.

If you receive package without my prior notification (sometimes it happens, you can receive the package before I get information about order from the customer)
- you need to Email me information, including tracking#, contents and name on the package.

In case you have any questions about the package which you received always
accompany your Email about it with tracking number of the package.

#In the attachment you can find an Agreement.
#Please, print it, sign, fill it out, scan all pages and send (via Email) the signed Agreement directly to me.
#Do not forget to send your scanned IDDL (scanned drivers’ license or
#passport) in the attachment (you can black out the digits).

#In the “subject” line please type “Signed Agreement”.

As soon as your application is received by the Secretariat, you will be notified by e-mail,
at the address that you mentioned in the application itself. This is done in all cases. Please do not send
additional inquiries. As soon as we process your application, you will know it!
