Jerry and Esther Herrera are scum landlords who claim to be an agent! Not true! Neither one of them have a license to rent anything! If they did have a license a DR-1 form must be filled out for the Internal Revenue. These two are trying to make a fast buck without making the necessary repairs at the apartment!
THERE IS BLACK MOLD THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE APARTMENT. The tennent stopped breathing and was hospitalized. No one will help this tennent and she/he will die if left there.
DO NOT BUY OR RENT IN TOWN VILLAS! The place is full of black mold. Come here and death will be the end result.
