Judge Anne Dobbs Extorted money from me by increasing my child support to more than triple! Without taking the mothers income into account or looking at my tax returns. She also made the order retroactive to a 6 month period prior to the hearing. She immediatley put me in arrears by $7,200. She also replaced my normal visitation with "Supervised" visits, only because the mother felt that my ex-wife could still "possibly be in my life." That was upsurd and stupid.
My ex-wife and I had an agreeable divorce and I put her on a plane to Miami the day after our divorce was finished. The childs mother has a history of domestic abuse and physical altercations with her mother (the child grandmother). All of this was noted in a 7030 evaluation which shocked me when I read it.
This judge has exposed my son to physical and emotional abuse by the mother and her mother. The child mother also belongs to a satanic cult which the judge didn't seem to care one bit about. The judge further stated that if I didn't pay my child support, she was going to take desicive measures to "bring me to justice".in other words, "if you don't pay, Im coming after you." This is called "EXTORTION."
My child is now in the hands of the pshycopath, Im being extorted by a bias judge, and my constitutional and civil rights as a father "HAVE BEEN VIOLATED". Later I came to find out that Anne Dobbs belongs to a "Feminists" group, and she is also a big supporter of "Same Sex Marriages." This Judge should be bared from legal practice.
Don't ever bring your case in front of jdg. Anne dobbs. Your children will be scarred for life.
